NIGEL Cartner from Sonic Bandwagon, Pure 107.8FM’s multi-genre music show every Friday from 10pm previews the Buckle and Boots Festival this weekend at Etherow Country Park.
For all lovers of Country music, the Buckle and Boots Festival is set for its debut opening on Friday, June 24, at Whitebottom Farm in Etherow Country Park.
Judging by the line-up, fans of the genre will not be disappointed in getting their fix from three days of Nashville inspired grooves.
This is the first time the event has been organised and its infancy hasn’t deterred a fabulous cast list in getting together to mark the occasion.
The best of the UK’s country inspired talent will stand shoulder-toshoulder with the best of their American counterparts.
The likes of Honey Ryder, Ward Thomas, Sonia Leigh, Jess and the Bandits, Gary Quinn, The Cornelius Crane, Phil Vassar, Raintown, Holloway Road, and Carolynne Poole are just a few of the main acts performing on the weekend.
