Eighteen weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months, curfew, £620 costs. ●●ANTHONY ALAN FENTON, 48, of Bramhall Moor Lane, Bramhall, was found guilty of the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Three year conditional discharge, restraining order, £100 compensation, £200 costs. ●●MARTHA ALDERMAN, 58, of Claremont Road, Woodsmoor, admitted drink-driving. Fined £125, 23 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●RYANLEE BAKER, 22, of Somers Road, Reddish, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £120, £85 costs. ●●JAMES PATRICK BRENNAN, 44, of Green Lane, Heaton Moor, pleaded guilty to drinkdriving. Fined £750, 17month driving ban, £80 costs. ●●ANDREW DEAN, 39, of Victoria Park, Offerton, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting. Community punishment order with a curfew, £100 compensation, £85 costs. ●●DEBORAH JEAN LATHAM, 50, of Winterburn Green, Offerton, admitted shoplifting. Community punishment order with 40 hours unpaid work, £85 costs. ●●MARK THURSTON, 39, of Brindley Avenue, Marple, admitted drink-driving. Fined £120, 19 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●LEWIS HARRY MULGREW, 27, of Jennings Street, Edgeley, admitted taking a vehicle without consent, drinkdriving, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, 14 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●ROGEIRO VIEIRA, 21, of Matley Green, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Community punishment order with a curfew, £1,200 compensation.
