ATEENAGER has been banned from an entire estate after terrorising residents on his off-road bike for years.

Regan Harte was slapped with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) by the courts and must stay out of Brinnington Estate for the next 18 months.

If the 17-year-old, who last year was sentenced to eight months in a young offenders institute, ignores the order he could end up back behind bars.

According to police, Harte is a ‘serial offender’ who was ‘relentless’ in causing trouble with his antisocial antics.

He often drove recklessly through the estate on an off-road bike, leaving residents afraid for their safety, said officers.

The teenager would post about the stunts on his social media accounts.

He wrote on Facebook following one escapade: “F ***** all my arm and hand up by coming off a moped with 3 off us on hahaha.”

Another said: “Good night tonight with everyone hahaha jokeee when we got off the train threw a bottle off coke threw the window hhahaha.”

Police added that Harte ‘caused alarm, harassment and distress to many’ over a period of time.

The CBO will remain in place until February 2018.

GMP Stockport North posted details of Harte’s CBO on Facebook and urged users to report any breaches.

They said: “If you see him breaking any of the conditions detailed in this poster then please call GMP on 101.

“Harte was made the subject after relentlessly acting in an anti-social manner bringing terror to families within The Brinnington Estate.

“He was putting people in fear of their safety by riding recklessly through the estate on off-road bikes.

“He caused alarm, harassment and distress to many individuals and families over a period of time.

“It is ordered that Regan Harte is prohibited from acting or inciting others to act in an antisocial manner, that is to say, a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same house: entering Brinnington Estate.

“This order expires on February 28 2018.”
