Purr-haps you have a home for us?

CAN you offer a forever home to one of the adorable animals at the RSPCA Stockport East Cheshire branch?

For the most up-to-date information on all of our animals please look at our Facebook site ‘RSPCA Stockport, East Cheshire and West Derbyshire,’ our Twitter page ‘@ RSPCAStockport’ and our website ‘www.RSPCAStockport.org.’

Here are just some of the loving pets looking for a loving home:

ANGEL

ANGEL is about twoyears of age and has been in branch care for a couple of months now. However, she really hates life in the cattery despite getting lots of attention. She will hide away on her bed when visitors arrive but she is such a beautiful kitty – we cannot understand why she’s overlooked.

Angel has gained in confidence since being in the cattery and will make a loving family member. She needs a warm fireside and a friendly lap to snooze the evenings away this autumn. If you could offer this little girl a loving new family we are sure she will blossom in a caring home environment.

STORM

THIS black beauty is Storm.

He is a very loving and affectionate boy and is always happy to see you when you enter his pen. He loves playing with his toys and when he’s had enough he loves nothing more than a cuddle on your lap. If you think Storm could be the perfect companion for you then please pop along to the cattery.

TIMAS

TIMAS is a female cat who, despite being 12 to 13-years of age, is still young at heart.

We have been asked to find a caring new home for Timas as her elderly owner has passed away. She misses them and the loving care she was given.

Timas is currently in a foster home and her fosterer said: ‘Timas is extremely friendly, she loves being gently brushed, tickled and made a fuss of.

“She enjoys her food and loves to cuddle up on a chair or by the fire.’

We are looking for a quiet household for Timas as she isn’t used to young children. If you can find it in your heart to give Timas the caring retirement home she now desperately needs please contact us to arrange to meet her.

SOPHIE

SOPHIE is a two-year-old female cat who has come to our Stockport branch after being found abandoned by her previous owners. She is very friendly and loves her food and cuddles.

Sophie will make a lovely companion for someone who wants a cuddly cat.

To see these cats or many more just like them then please call the cat phone to make an enquiry or come along and pay us a visit.

Opening hours are 11am to 3pm Monday to Saturday. No appointment necessary (but please don’t arrive when they are closing give yourselves plenty of time to get to know the little cat you are interested in). There will be lots of cute little faces waiting to greet you. If you cannot make it to the cattery, you can also check out the Facebook page RSPCA Rehoming for Cats – Stockport for additional information including videos of our current residents.
