100 stone loss for fitness members

A REDDISH-BASED fitness project is celebratin­g its clients losing a combined total of more than 100 stone this year.

The Lean Body Project, which is based at Houldswort­h Mill, helps its clients completely overhaul their mindset, diet and exercise regimes in order to become healthier.

At operates at a studio at the mill, as well as at clients’ homes.

Owner Damien Coates said “We’re always really proud of our clients and what they achieve, but reaching the 100 stone mark shows just how hard they are pushing themselves day in and day out.”

Co-Owner Lianne Sykes added: “We get such great results from clients because of the way we work.

“We are with them every single step of the way and we cover all bases with them.

“Clients have constant online support and programs to follow, they can work with other clients in our HIIT clubs, and we also offer personal training for that extra push.”

The club keeps a record of weight loss and transforma­tions to inspire others and at the beginning of November the running total of weight loss for the club was well over the 100 stone point.

Damien says he believes that the secret to exceptiona­l results and transforma­tions is to focus on the results.

He added: “I am completely committed to providing programs that guarantee results and understand that there are people who spend many years of frustratio­n trying to improve their health and physique.
