Can you help find Faith’s missing teddy?

-

A MUM has launched a search for her heartbroken daughter’s favourite teddy after it was lost in a supermarket.

Faith Aspinall, five, has even written to Santa Claus, begging for his help to find the stuffed bear which has been her companions since the day she was born.

The dark brown Bartley Bear is part of the Animal Alley soft toy collection, but cannot be replaced as it was discontinued four years ago.

Mum Lisa O’Rourke says Faith has been inseparable from the teddy and is now devastated.

Bartley Bear was last seen in the toilets in Morrisons in Reddish, Stockport, on November 8 and Lisa’s appeal for help to track him down on social media has had an incredible response.

Lisa, 38, also mum to 11-month-old twins, said: “The Facebook response has been phenomenal, I’ve had people messaging me from Australia, Canada, the USA.”

Faith has been making posters to put up in local shops and even wrote a letter to Father Christmas.

It says: “Dear Santa. My name is Faith and I lost my friend Bartley bear in Morrisons. Mummy is doing everything to find him as my heart is hurting. I miss me friend.”
