Meow-velous selection of cats

-

CAN you offer a forever home to one of the adorable animals at the RSPCA Stockport East Cheshire branch?

For the most up-to-date information on all of our animals please look at our Facebook site ‘RSPCA Stockport, East Cheshire and West Derbyshire,’ our Twitter page ‘@ RSPCAStockport’ and our website ‘www.RSPCAStockport.org.’ Here are just some of the loving pets looking for a loving home:

LOLLY

LOLLY is a beautiful nine-year-old cat that came from a multi-cat household, where several animals were being kept in unacceptable living conditions. Lolly has had a rough start in life but once she learns to trust you she is the most bubbly and affectionate cat you could ever wish to meet. Lolly has an indomitable spirit and bags of character!

We are looking for a home without other cats and dogs, where she can relax and be herself. Due to her troubled past, Lolly is still getting used to positive human interaction.

Very occasionally she panics and will give you a quick clawless swipe. For this reason we think Lolly would be best suited to a home where any children are 13-years or older.

Lolly will make a wonderful companion, from sitting on your knee, to entertaining you with her playful kitten-like antics.

She showers you with affection and purrs like an engine. We can’t wait to see this girl find her forever home! Please contact us at Stockport RSPCA Adoption Centre for more information 0161 480 4754.

STORM

THIS black beauty is Storm.

He is a very loving and affectionate boy and is always happy to see you when you enter his pen.

He loves playing with his toys and when he’s had enough he loves nothing more than a cuddle on your lap.

If you think Storm could be the perfect companion for you then please pop along to the cattery.

LYLA

LYLA is a beautiful four-year-old tabby/tortie cat that came into our care after being collected by an inspector as an injured stray.

After receiving veterinary treatment and lots of TLC she has made a full recovery and is looking for a loving new home to call her own.

As a stray we have no history on her, but whilst in our care she’s shown herself to be a sweet girl with bags of character!

Lyla can be a little shy upon first meeting; it seems her trust in people had gone and it has taken a while for her to regain confidence with people. She can be very affectionate, enjoying strokes and a fuss in short bursts of time.

Lyla is very inquisitive, investigating all new areas including getting into boxes, empty or not, checking clean piles of laundry and trying to open the food bin! There is no end to this girl’s talents.

Lyla can be easily startled by sudden movements or loud noises which can cause her to nip or give a swipe of her paw. It is for this reason we are looking for a home where she will be the only pet and any children are 12-years or older.

Lyla is looking for a patient owner who is willing to give her the time she needs to grow in confidence. This beautiful girl will make a fabulous addition to her new family.

Please contact us at Stockport RSPCA Adoption Centre for more information on: 0161 480 4754.

TALULA

THIS little cutie is Talula who is still waiting for a home to call her own. We would love to have her rehomed for Christmas.

If you think you could offer her a loving home then please give us a call or pop along to the cattery.

LUCKY

THIS gorgeous little fluff ball is Lucky. He came to us from the Greater Manchester Animal hospital after being found abandoned by one of our inspectors. Black cats are the hardest to rehome but he is such a lovely boy and deserves the very best. Let’s break the chain and get him living up to his name. To change Lucky’s fortune then please pop along to the cattery.

Check out our Facebook page for videos and other information on the above residents plus many more.
