PURE 107.8FM

- PAUL HOLLOWAY

AS you may know, Pure 107.8FM is currently looking for new backers to fund the radio station moving forward. If we can’t find new financial supporters the station will be closing after the end of Stockport County’s football season.

Every effort is being made to find a new viable solution moving forward. Whatever happens however, one of our proudest achievements will continue regardless.

One Voice - Radio Without Barriers was first broadcast in December 2012. The show is presented by clients who attend our parent charity, Pure Innovation’s supported day service for those with learning, sensory or physical disabilities and those on the autism spectrum.

If the worst happens and Pure 107.8FM closes, then One Voice will continue as a regular podcast.

As well as covering disability issues and local charities we aim to keep you entertained with some classic comedy and great moments in sport; that the team have chosen to share with you.

We are very proud of everything we have achieved on the One Voice project with around 40 people with various disabilities regularly contributing.

If you or somebody you know qualifies for an adult care budget and would like to find out more about One Voice; you can email: dutymanager@ pureinnovations.co.uk to book a free taster session.

To hear the show please join us on Pure 107.8FM, Wednesdays 8pm, repeated Saturdays from 7am or listen again via www.mixcloud.com/ pureonevoice.
