OFFICE technology provider Midshire, based on Ashton Road, Bredbury, exhibited the latest printing technology at the inaugural Print Tech Day at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) on Friday, March 31.

MMU’s print services manager Paul Squires said: “We aimed to get people together from other education institutes to discuss the challenges faced by the education sector such as budgetary restraints, how these are affecting us and how we’re meeting them head on.

“We also wanted to inform people about our strategic partners like Midshire, who help keep technology at the forefront of education, which is really important.”

Midshire’s experts were on hand throughout the day to demonstrate the latest technologies on the market.

Midshire’s managing director Julian Stafford said: “Midshire is proud to support MMU’s Print Tech Day.

“It was a fantastic showcase of the very best print technology available.

“MMU is a very important customer of Midshire and we would be delighted to support any such event in the future. It was a great day.”
