Community punishment order with an activity requiremen­t, restrainin­g order, fined £340, £120 compensati­on, £500 costs. ●MICHAEL JAMES GOODLASS, 33, of Furness Road, Cheadle Hulme, admitted two counts of breaching a restrainin­g order. Fined £1,457, £50 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●ROBERT ARTHUR LUPTON, 39, of Oxenhurst Green, Offerton, pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage. Community punishment order with an activity requiremen­t, restrainin­g order, fined £80, £50 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●MCCAULEY JAMES CARTWRIGHT, 22, of Nelstrop Walk, Heaton Chapel, admitted fraud. Community punishment order, curfew, £100 costs. ●NATALIE MOAREFVAND, 25, of Kingsleigh Road, Heaton Mersey, admitted drink-driving. Community punishment order with 40 hours unpaid work, 23 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●ROY JOHN NUNNEY, 49, of Buttercup Drive, Adswood, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Twelve month conditiona­l discharge, £250 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●STEVEN JAMES MURRAY, 38, of Charles Street, central Stockport, admitted cannabis production. Six months jail suspended for a year, curfew, £85 costs. ●STEPHEN FOSTER, 31, of the Turnpike, Marple, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £300, three year ban, £85 costs. ●ALAN DACOSTER, 46, of Hassop Road, Reddish, was found guilty of assault. Twenty weeks’ jail. ●RICHARD CHARLES WILLIAM GEORGE WILD, 36, of Pendlebury Towers, Lancashire Hill, admitted criminal damage and two counts of assault. Five months jail suspended for a year, 200 hours unpaid work, £210 compensati­on, £100 costs.
