Dancers are urged to hit festival stage
LOCAL bands, dancers and singers are being called on to accompany hundreds of families as they enjoy two days of exercise fun.
GoFest is on the hunt for dance troops, singers, cheerleaders and their talent at SportCity England Netball and gymnasts to showcase on Saturday June 24 and Manchester Tennis Sunday June 25. Academy.

Professionals from Manchester Giants Basketball Club will also be attending the two-day festival – teaming up with GB basketball to teach kids how to shoot some hoops.
There will be an inflatable basketball court for those who don’t want to take it too seriously and indoor sessions for families who want to play a real game on a full-sized court.
Manchester Hawks Korfball Club will be teaching players the rules to the Dutch sport which is described as a cross between netball and basketball.
Alongside the sport, there’ll be live entertainment, food and drink stalls and chance to relax in the early evening.
