Community punishment order with a curfew, restrainin­g order, £250 costs. ●●NICHOLAS DAVID SHARPLES, 25, of Coppice Road, Poynton, was found guilty of assault. Twelve weeks’ jail, £620 costs. ●●RYAN BENJAMIN OSBORNE, 23, of Alvanley Crescent, Bridgehall, admitted three counts of assault. Four months jail suspended for two years, 120 hours unpaid work, £300 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●●JOHN JOSEPH WILLIAMS, 21, of Grange Avenue, Cheadle Hulme, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £300, 12 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●CAMERON GORTON, 18, of Hartington Road, Bramhall, admitted possessing a blade in public. Community punishment order with 120 hours unpaid work, £325 costs. ●●ANTHONY DAVID BROOKS, 30, of Hall Meadow, Cheadle, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle that had been taken without consent, driving without insurance, theft and assault. Sixteen weeks’ jail, £450 compensati­on, six driving licence penalty points. ●●KRISTIAN ALEXANDER HULSTON, 26, of Rushton Drive, Bramhall, admitted dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Six months jail suspended for a year, curfew, 15 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●ANTHONY SADLER, 55, of Heathside Road, Cheadle Heath, pleaded guilty to disqualifi­ed driving and driving without insurance. Sixteen weeks’ jail suspended for a year, curfew, five-year driving ban, £85 costs. ●●NICOLA CHRISTINE COWLEY, 42, of Hillgate, central Stockport, admitted shopliftin­g. Twelve weeks’ jail. ●●ARTHUR PEARSON, 71, of Holcombe Walk, Heaton Chapel, pleaded guilty to driving without due care, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Fined £300, 18 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●FLOYD JAMES BROWN, 35, of Kelsall Close, Adswood, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Fined £270, two-year driving ban, £250 costs.
