Raised voices can help club’s perfect-fit of
SEEING and hearing the group of young supporters, previously stylised as BC16, voicing their wholehearted support for Jim Gannon and his County team as the Hatters put Kidderminster Harriers to the sword at Edgeley Park, brought a warm glow on a cold night.
The youngsters, now re-named ‘Hatters Tifo-Active Support’ relocated for one game only, from the upper tiers of the Cheadle End to the Pop Side and what excellent support they gave the team.
They have been doing the same thing, home and away, particularly well this season, and I am moved to again congratulate them for their magnificent efforts in the County cause!
They are an inspiration, and with County beginning to motor nicely, well placed near the play off places and in the last 16 of the FA Trophy, I wondered just what impact it would make if all County supporters made a concerted effort to up the decibels, home and away from now on in support of their team. It just could make a real difference!
It is two years now since County appointed Jim Gannon for the third time, and County’s current board were congratulated at the time by this writer for making an appointment that was manifestly in the best interests of County, and their continued support for Jim draws my congrats again, as the board works closely with him to bring their meticulous plans to fruition.
We can see these plans paying dividends at the sharp end – the first team is playing brilliantly in the Vanarama League North,
