We will obviously confirm details as soon as possible, but not before advising you that just one week later, on Sunday 30 September, there is every likelihood of another Supporters Cooperative favourite, the ‘Woodstockport Music Festival’ climaxing the Beer Week at the Spinning Top. Promoted in cooperation with the ST by Phil Robinson, this all day festival of live music usually attracts big crowds and top bands, so note that one in your diaries.
One event we have, to date, not been involved with previously is the ‘Stockport Pride’ event.
This is set to go ahead , we understand, on 29 July in the Stockport Market Place between 11am and 6pm, and we felt that ‘Stockport Pride’ is an event we should be supporting. Details of our involvement have yet to be worked out.
The Guardian Account meanwhile continues to grow and is currently at £43,241.27, and this is due to excellent support from our members and County fans generally. In this respect we would like to thank those County supporters who participated in the latest ‘Make Us An Offer’ effort which raised a magnificent £350 for the Guardian Account.
