Fined £120, one year ban, £85 costs. ●●ANDREW FITZPATRICK, 24, of Posnett Street, Edgeley, admitted disqualified driving, not wearing a seat belt, driving without insurance, failing to stop a vehicle and failing to surrender to custody. Jailed for 28 days, six-month driving ban. ●●THOMAS ALAN ERNEST GILL, 25, of Norris Towers, Heaton Norris, pleaded guilty to disqualified driving, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Community punishment order with 60 hours work, six licence penalty points. ●●ANDREW TRAINOR, 49, of the Brow, central Stockport, admitted benefit fraud. Community punishment order with 100 hours unpaid work, £85 costs. ●●JESSICA FLETCHER, 20, of Hawk Road, New Mills, pleaded guilty to drinkdriving. Fined £120, 12 month ban, £85 costs. ●●STUART HOPWOOD, 28, of Regent Road, Heaviley, admitted driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £120, 12 month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●VICTORIA SCARLETT DEENEY, 18, of Carmichael Street, Edgeley, pleaded guilty to possessing a blade in public. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £50. ●●PETER DANIELS, 62, of Northumberland Road, Brinnington, admitted drink-driving. Fined £350, two year driving ban, £85 costs. ●●ZACHARY ADAM WEAVER, 22, of Blackberry Lane, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and cannabis possession. Community punishment order with 60 hours unpaid work, £500 compensation. ●●MOHAMMAD HARIS KHAN BABER, 22, of Lea Road, Heald Green, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £50, £85 costs.
