THE following people have appeared before Stockport magistrates:
●MARK ROBERT PHILLIPS, 39, of Onslow Road, Edgeley, admitted two counts of theft. Fined £120, £85 costs.
●TREVOR BYRNE, 40, of Wellington Road North, Heaton Norris, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a sex offenders order. Fourteen days’ jail.
●MARTIN HAROLD WRIGHT, 58, of De Wint Avenue, Marple Bridge, admitted two counts of benefit fraud. Six months’ jail suspended for a year, £150 hours’ unpaid work.
●MELODY HAMPINDA, 42, of Northumberland Road, Brinnington, was found guilty of benefit fraud. Community punishment order with 120 hours’ unpaid work.
●STEPHEN FITZPATRICK, 27, of Posnett Street, Edgeley, admitted criminal damage. Nine-month conditional discharge, £85 costs.
●CHARLENE BUCKLEY, 32, of Bolton Street, Reddish, pleaded guilty to two counts of obstructing a police officer. Fined £120, £85 costs.
●RYAN O’KEEFE, 34, of Queens Gardens, Cheadle, admitted being drunk and disorderly. Fined £80, £40 costs.
PAUL ROBERT WALLWORK, 42, of Victoria Park, Offerton, pleaded guilty to fraud and dishonestly receiving stolen goods. Eight weeks’ imprisonment.
●KIERAN EDWARD MOBBS, 22, of Norton Grove, Heaton Mersey, admitted drink-driving. Fined £337, 17-month driving ban, £85 costs.
●VICTORIA SCARLET DEENEY, 18, of Carmichael Street, Edgeley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Fined £35, £30 costs.
