Fined £450, 12-month driving ban, £85 costs. ●●JOSH HALES, 22, of Meadow Walk, Bredbury, admitted one count of assault and was found guilty of another. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, 100 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order, £100 compensation, £85 costs. ●●BILLY DEAN HIBBERT, 20, of Cornwall Crescent, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order and assault. Eighteen weeks’ jail suspended for a year, curfew, restraining order, £85 costs. ●●ANDREW ROY ABLE BAILEY, 38, of Caistor Street, central Stockport, admitted assault. Community punishment order with a programme requirement, fined £50, £85 costs. ●●JAMES ERNEST FRASER, 37, of Bosden Close, central Stockport, pleaded guilty to theft and fraud. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £10, £120 compensation, £85 costs. ●●BOBBY RUTHERFORD, 33, of Brecon Towers, Brinnington, admitted assault. Twenty weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months, restraining order, £115 compensation, £500 costs. ●●NICK BROTHERTON, 24, of Tarvin Road, Cheadle, pleaded guilty to getting on a train without a ticket. Fined £98, £3.70 compensation, £150 costs. ●●ARNY JOHN PROOS, 21, of Olwen Crescent, Reddish, was found guilty of assault and driving a vehicle that had been taken without consent. Community punishment order with a curfew, £1,400 compensation.
