THE following people have appeared before Stockport magistrates:
●GARETH WILLIAMS, 26, of Marbury Road, Heaton Chapel, admitted driving a motor vehicle without insurance and driving a motor vehicle not in accordance with a licence. Fined £185, six driving licence penalty points, £85 costs.
●ANTHONY SINCLAIR ERSKINE, 52, of Hyde Road, Woodley, pleaded guilty to assault. Sixteen weeks’ jail suspended for two years, £150 compensation, £35 costs.
●MARK ANTHONY STONE, 39, of Braddon Road, Woodley, admitted shoplifting. Eight weeks’ jail, £25 compensation.
●CALVIN JUSTIN AUSTIN, 20, of Woodhall Crescent, Reddish, pleaded guilty to cocaine possession. Fined £120, £85 costs.
●JERRY GLEESON, 44, of Mulberry Mews, Heaton Norris, admitted an assault. Community punishment order with a programme requirement, fined £200, £85 costs.
●SAMUEL EDWARD PARTRIDGE, 26, of Calderbrook Drive, Cheadle Hulme, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and two counts of criminal damage. Twelve-month conditional discharge, £120 fine, one-year driving ban, £250 compensation, £85 costs.
●JACK MICHAEL MELIA, 18, of Napier Street, Hazel Grove, admitted travelling on a railway with intent to avoid paying the fare. One-year conditional discharge, £3.70 compensation, £85 costs.
●MAREH BENN, 64, of Ridge Park, Bramhall, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Fined £160, 20-month driving ban, £85 costs.
●HAZEL JANE CARRE, 35, of Castlerigg Close, Heaton Chapel, admitted drink-driving. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £50, 44-month driving ban, £85 costs.
●SIOBHAN MARGARET BATES, 32, of, Morgan Place, Reddish, pleaded guilty to assault. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £120, £100 compensation.
●DARYL ROBERT WORLEY, 23, of Waverton Avenue, Heaton Chapel, admitted interfering with a motor vehicle and driving without insurance. Community punishment order with a curfew, fined £120, six driving licence penalty points. £50 costs.
