Fined £50, £6.45 compensati­on, £85 costs. ●●CHANTELLE GOODIER, 32, of Clyde Road, Edgeley, was found guilty of two counts of benefit fraud. Eighteen weeks’ jail suspended for a year, 120 hours’ unpaid work, £300 costs. ●●JOSHUA REECE PELL, 21, of Pendlebury Towers, Lancashire Hill, was found guilty of interferin­g with a motor vehicle. Six weeks’ jail. ●●DANIEL HASHMI, 37, of Wilcott Road, Gatley, admitted driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Fined £120, six driving licence penalty points, £85 costs. ●●DEREK WILLIAM MALKIN, 59, of Higher Bents Lane, Bredbury, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Twelve weeks’ jail suspended for a year, three-year driving ban, £85 costs. ●●CHRISTIAN CARL SANDERS, 39, of Shaw Heath, Shaw Heath, admitted driving under the influence of drugs.
