Stockport Old Town
EVERY second Saturday and Sunday of the month Stockport Market Place is transformed with two popular specialist market events that attract hundreds of people to enjoy a more boutique shopping experience in Stockport Old Town.
Stockport Makers Market has over 75 of the finest local artisans and producers, live music, award winning street food and quirky art and craft.

The Makers Market features specially selected specialists who source, grow, rear, bake, make and create the products they sell, which ensures their goods are unique, original and designed to inspire.
The food aspect of the market is exceptional. The very best of seasonal local farm produce, artisan breads, delicatessen and hand crafted cheeses, produced and sourced by people who are passionate about what they do and when you meet these specialists you will see that their passion is infectious.
You can enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of Stockport’s Makers Market this Saturday and every second Saturday of the month from 10am to 4pm in Stockport Market Place.
