TWO more amazing productions have been announced by NK Theatre Arts which will be hitting Stockport in the next 18 months and are absolutely perfect for children and families.

Hot on the heels of the band new film, we will be taking audience members on a spellbinding journey through Agrabah on a magic carpet ride when ALADDIN will be presented by the company for the very first time.

Taking place in July next year, you can join the street prince on his story as he meets the beautiful Princess Jasmine, the mystical Genie of the Lamp and of course the villainous Jafar who is ready to conquer the kingdom by any means.

This will feature all of the songs made famous by the Disney animation movie and will be presented by the NK Youth Theatre at The Forum Theatre from July 10 to July 13 next year.

So if you know any child celebrating a birthday around that time, why not treat them to a surprise they will never forget with tickets to this family favourite show?

The Forum in Romiley will also be home to a bit of a swamp the following year, yes you guessed it – SHREK THE MUSICAL is going to be performed right here in Stockport.

We will follow the story of the ogre who just wants all of the fairytale creatures out of his life (and his home). He meets his trusted companion Donkey and gets more than he bargains for when Princess Fiona becomes a big part of his life!

Again, a perfect family show and it will be performed right on our very doorstep.
