Sixteen weeks’ jail suspended for 18 months, curfew, £85 costs. ●●MARK ROBERT PHILLIPS, 39, of Onslow Road, Edgeley, admitted entering as a trespasser with intent to steal. Twenty-four weeks’ jail suspended for a year, 275 hours unpaid work, £300 costs. ●●NATHAN JOHN HOUSE, 24, of Marsh Lane, New Mills, pleaded guilty to assault and criminal damage. One year conditional discharge, £400 compensation, £400 costs. ●●MEGAN ELIZABETH DOOLEY, 19, Jessop Drive, Marple, admitted driving without due care, failing to stop after an accident and failing to report an accident. Fined £160, six driving licence penalty points, £85 costs. ●●TOM DRABBLE, 20, of Harper Court, Shaw Heath, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Twelve weeks’ jail suspended for a year, 60 hours unpaid work, £100 compensation, £85 costs. ●●JOE DUXBURY, 27, of Dilworth Court, Offerton, admitted assault. Community punishment order with 100 hours unpaid work, restraining order, £100 compensation, £85 costs. ●●SOHEIL GHANADASHIRAZI, 34, of Tarvin Avenue, Heaton Chapel, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and driving not in accordance with a licence. Fined £60, five driving licence penalty points, £85 costs. ●●MELANIE DAWN MILNE, 38, of Lark Hill Road, Edgeley, admitted the use of threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Fined £286, £50 compensation, £85 costs. ●●JOHN DAVID MACDONALD, 48, of Romney Way, Brinnington, pleaded guilty to interfering with a motor vehicle. Two year conditional discharge, £85 costs. ●●CHRISTIAN LEE, 42, of Bramhall Moor Lane, Hazel Grove, admitted assault and criminal damage.
