Community order to participate in a rehabilitation activity and carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, £700 compensation. ●●GARY Mark Ball, 57, of Hardcastle Road, Edgeley, was found guilty of witness intimidation, intending to obstruct the course of justice. Community order to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, £415 costs. ●●STELLA Singleton, 52, of Barnaby Road, Poynton, was found guilty of drink driving. Community order to participate in alcohol dependency treatment for 12 months, fined £65, £150 costs, banned from driving for 24 months. ●●GURPREET Swali, 21, of Bracken Towers, Brinnington, admitted entering a Metrolink vehicle or station which she did not have a valid ticket for or reason to be there. Fined £30. ●●EMMA Green, 39, of Keston Crescent, Stockport, was found guilty of failing to comply with a community protection notice. Fined £150, £320 costs. Remedial order made for defendant to remove rubbish and food waste from rear garden and outhouse of 24 Keston Crescent, Brinnington, keep the rear and front garden free from rubbish, present wheelie bins for collection every scheduled collection date and not burn household waste or have bonfires at the property. ●●JANE Broadhurst, 46, of Ullswater Road, Stockport, admitted speeding. Fined £98, driving licence endorsed with three points. ●●VICTORIA Kate Harris, 36, of Springfield Road, Gatley, Cheadle, admitted using a television without a licence. Discharged conditionally for six months. ●●OLIVIA Aitchison-Bell, 20, of Osborne Street, Bredbury, admitted drink driving. Fined £230, £85 costs, banned from driving for 16 months. ●●JOHN Patrick Cartwright, 41, of Macclesfield Road, Hazel Grove, admitted drink driving. Fined £120, £85 costs, banned from driving for 14 months. ●●DECLAN Keith Wayne Cookson, 18, of Brindale House, Stockport, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order. Fined £80, £85 costs. ●●JAMES Aled Lloyd, 32, of Brent Moor Road, Bramhall, admitted drink driving. Fined £415, £85 costs, banned from driving for 20 months. ●●CLAIRE Rebbitt, 44, of Bradfield Close, Stockport, admitted failing to notify Stockport council of a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to Housing Benefit and failing to notify HMRC of a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to Child Tax Credit. Handed an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. Ordered to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 10 days and carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, £85 costs, ●●DANIEL James Stevenson, 41, of Meadow Lane, Disley, admitted driving while disqualified. Community order to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 10 days, curfew imposed for 16 weeks, £85 costs, banned from driving for 39 months. ●●JODY Jonathan Dixon-Woodall, 18, pleaded guilty to stealing a bicycle and seven bottles of vodka worth £136 from Tesco, Whaley Bridge. Also admitted stealing three bottles of vodka worth £116 from Tesco, Macclesfield. Community order to participate in a rehabilitation activity for up to 15 days, curfew imposed for eight weeks, £150 compensation, £85 costs. ●●FARAZ Rahmani, 22, of Rainham Way, Stockport, admitted driving without due care and attention.
