Will be the acid test for investors

-

We are working with Eventbrite (the new provider) to provide solutions and will be placing reserved stickers on all Season Ticket Holders seats to help ease confusion on match days.

The ticketing system had to be changed as the old one would not accept credit card or debit card payments. Ultimately, the club would want to move over to online sales but this means installing the turnstiles with WiFi and scanners. This will enable supporters to purchase tickets from a laptop or PC, but not from a mobile device or tablet, which the club acknowledge isn’t ideal. 4. Catering The Cooperative raised several points regarding the catering service provided for supporters at Edgeley Park.

A The contract of our caterers CGC expires at the end of 2019. We are aware of the concerns being raised by our supporters and now have a fortnightly meeting with CGC to address such concerns. The Co-op have requested a meeting with CGC and the Club will look to set this up, once the new Manager has settled in.

It is worth noting that the club receives 70 per cent of the net profit generated by CGC providing substantial income. CGC are ensuring the pipes remain clean, so this should see a significant improvement in the quality of the beer.

The Club are in discussions to install a bottle bar in the Cheadle End concourse to improve the queuing time, on a trial basis.
