City star launches property business
MANCHESTER City and England footballer Raheem Sterling has begun his new career as a property developer - in Reddish.
The 24-year-old winger and his partner Paige Milian, 22, launched a property company earlier this year.
And their first project is a row of six modern two-bed townhouses at Williamson Gardens.
Reportedly available for £750 per month, all six homes at ‘Williamson Gardens’ have been taken up. They are said to be valued at £166,000 each.
On her Instagram page,
Paige said: “After months of studying property development, I achieved my qualification to become a property developer in 2018.
“We then started a search of properties to add to our portfolio and was then successful in purchasing six brand new houses. As the director of @milianproperty I am now pleased to announce that we have finally completed our first project of six brand new, two bedroom houses located in Reddish.”
Tagging Sterling into her announcement, she added: “We plan to add more projects to our portfolio in the future.”
The properties were marketed by Space4Living which described ‘an exciting new development of 6 luxury mews styles homes within a much sought after location with strong rental demand’.
The blurb continues: “This stunning collection of new homes will give you the unique opportunity to be a part of a growing community in a highspecification living space, yet remaining affordable.
“Its close proximity to Manchester city centre and nearby transport links help to ensure Williamson Gardens’ position as part of an emerging community poised to thrive in a positively crafted development both internally and externally.”
