●McDonald’s is reopening even more of its drive-thrus and McDelivery restaurant­s. Another 260 drive-thrus are opening today (June 4)

Elaine Nagle: Don’t forget the small businesses that have been delivering all through this. I sincerely hope that this lockdown has taught us to buy from independen­t cafes and takeaways. McDonald’s is a multinatio­nal and has deep pockets.
