Firms show how to smarten up tech use

TWO local businesses are to appear at Made Smarter’s virtual conference to show manufactur­ers how to leverage and fast-track digital technology and tools for a year of recovery, growth and resilience.

Arden Dies, a die and tooling manufactur­er based on Shepley Lane, and Creative Apparel, a clothing manufactur­er based at Oakfield Rd, Davenport, will share their digitalisa­tion stories at the free-to-access online summit, Made Smarter: The journey to digital manufactur­ing

The event will be held on Wednesday, March 10, from 9am to 5pm.

They will be joined by a host of SME manufactur­ers sharing real-life stories of their experience of Made Smarter’s North West Adoption programme and how new technology has helped them overcome challenges and reap the benefits of digital transforma­tion.
