Rector’s strategy ‘thoughtful’

Through their commitment to working closely together, the rector, along with his senior leadership team, has clear plans in place to ensure there is a strengthened focus on selfevaluation and continuous improvement across the whole staff team.
“The rector is skilled in identifying the talents of staff across the wider team, and in creating meaningful leadership opportunities which are closely aligned to the strategic improvement agenda. This is helping greatly to develop a shared culture of reflection, collegiality and leadership of change at all levels. We are confident the school has the necessary arrangements and procedures in place to ensure continued improvement in the quality of education provided.”
