Special bail conditions imposed on man
Special bail conditions were imposed on a Crieff man when he appeared at Perth Sheriff Court charged with attacking his partner - and then struggling with police
Forty-eight-year-old Gary McLagan, of Maxton Road, has been banned from contacting the woman - and from entering her home.
He will stand trial on May 22, with an earlier hearing on May 4.
He denied that on March 12, at a flat in Gowans Terrace, Perth, he acted in an aggressive manner and shouted and swore.
A second charge alleged that he assaulted the woman by pushing her on the body
He also denied obstructing two police officers at Perth police office on the Fair City’s Barrack Street later the same day by acting in an abusive manner and shouting and swearing.
