Village gears up for road closure

A main route between Braco and Dunblane is currently facing roadworks disruption.

Engineers moved in on the B8033 route on Monday this week to start repairs on Kinbuck bridge in the Stirling Council area.

Closures are in place from Mondays to Fridays from 9am with periods of opening around lunchtimes and after the school day from around 3pm.

The works are due to be in place for the remainder of this week and all of next week.

An official diversion is in place via the A9.

Perth and Kinross Council also has an advisory notice on its website covering works on the same route at Feddal Road in Braco, expected from July 17 to 31. The official diversion for those works is by the A822 and the A9.
