Festive cards deliver £900

Dear Editor On behalf of the 5th Perthshire (Crieff) Scout Group, may I through your paper, thank the many residents of Crieff and surrounding areas who used our Crieff Christmas card delivery service, and the Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, leaders, parents and supporters who gave up their precious time to sort and deliver approximately 3,600 cards.

Also our grateful thanks to the Co-op Store, Cee Gee’s Boutique, TSB, Strathearn Community Library and Duchlage Court for accommodating our collection boxes and last but by no means least, the Strathearn Herald for bringing to your readers’ attention the post and delivery dates.
