Welcome

A wise sod once said, “The destiny of man is to unite, not to divide.” Unfortunately, that choice phrase was uttered before the internet existed and people felt the need to ar ue over which smartphone OS is best. Rather than tackle such eternal conflicts in a Youtube comments section, we’ve done the job in 18 pa es. So from Nikon vs Canon to Playstation vs Xbox and Apple vs Goo le, this ma azine is dedicated to the techy conflicts that define the ad ets we buy and what squabbles about on its lunch breaks. Mercifully, we didn’t have room for a full-blown vs face-off or we’d have ot no work done this month.

As it is, we spent the best part of a week at the CES show in Las Ve as in search of the new tech we’ll be talkin about for the rest of 2017. That meant a lot of 4K TVS with awesome OLED screen wizardry, robots that are so smart they can control your entire home and, erm, a Bluetooth hairbrush. Just turn to p10 to awp at our top picks from the show and start fosterin an unhealthy resentment to all the old ad etry you own from last year.

Just as you can’t blame technolo y for its never-endin march towards the future, you can’t blame me for thinkin the latest

is nothin less than total uff. Sorry uys, but I’m havin the last word on this one.

WAIT, HOW DO I GET THAT COVER?!?
