Cut triangles from the washi tape and stick them into place on the lantern along the wire lines. Space them about 6cm apart and use alternating patterns. Starting at the top of the lantern, use a small brush to paint clear glue just below the wire then press the string on top. Follow the line until all the bunting is linked. Stick any pieces of washi tape that haven’t adhered properly. Leave to dry. Create three in different sizes and hang together for a striking display
