My garden...

About me i’m Toni Scarr, 34, and i live with my husband Chris, 33, and children, kai, 14, Cade, 12, maisie, 5, and Cole, 3, in a four-bedroom listed house in Thanet, kent.

my challenge our period home is part of a larger mews complex, set around a central garden, which had been divided up to serve each property. Some neighbours had erected makeshift screens, but our tired patch was completely on show.

my wish list i wanted a secluded courtyard where we could entertain and eat. We don’t have much time for gardening, so it needed to be easy to maintain, yet still look good.
