Mini cheeseburg­er sliders

500g beef mince 1 red onion, grated 1 carrot, grated 1 apple, grated 1tsp smoked paprika 2tbsp olive oil 4 slices cheese cut into 4 squares

2 packs of mini bread rolls Mayonnaise 4-6 tomatoes, sliced

In a bowl, mix together the mince, onion, carrot, apple and paprika. Shape into 3cm patties. Brush with oil. Heat a barbecue or griddle pan to medium and cook for 3 mins on each side, until cooked through. Top each with a square of cheese and allow to melt, set aside and keep warm. Fill each roll with a dollop of mayonnaise, slice of tomato and mini burger and serve on a platter.
