Takes 20mins serves 4 Cook 300g spaghetti in a pan of boiling water for 10 mins until tender. Heat 2tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Add 2 diced onions and cook for 3 mins, until soft. Add 1 diced garlic clove, 400g tin chopped tomatoes and 1tbsp balsamic vinegar. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 mins. Add 2 x 200g drained tins of tuna, 400g drained tin of Borlotti beans and 200g peas to the sauce. Season and add sugar to taste. Drain the pasta, serve with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
