Tuna spaghetti

Takes 20mins serves 4 Cook 300g spaghetti in a pan of boil­ing wa­ter for 10 mins un­til ten­der. Heat 2tbsp olive oil in a fry­ing pan. Add 2 diced onions and cook for 3 mins, un­til soft. Add 1 diced garlic clove, 400g tin chopped toma­toes and 1tbsp bal­samic vine­gar. Bring to the boil, then sim­mer for 5 mins. Add 2 x 200g drained tins of tuna, 400g drained tin of Bor­lotti beans and 200g peas to the sauce. Sea­son and add sugar to taste. Drain the pasta, serve with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
