Berry & co­conut frozen yo­ghurt

160g can co­conut cream 375ml co­count milk yo­ghurt 3tbsp runny honey 300g mixed frozen berries

Whisk the co­conut cream, yo­ghurt and runny honey to­gether un­til well com­bined and smooth. Stir the frozen berries into the mix­ture and crush some of them slightly. Put into a freezer-proof con­tainer lined with grease­proof pa­per and freeze for sev­eral hours, or prefer­ably overnight, un­til firm to the touch. To serve, re­move from the freezer and al­low to soften at room tem­per­a­ture for at least 30 mins.
