Serve up a yummy milkshake. Put 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in a blender with 300ml milk and a handful of fresh strawberries. Whizz until smooth. Make a banana split. Halve a banana lengthways and place in a serving dish. Add scoops of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream and top with whipped cream. Add a drizzle of chocolate sauce and cherries on top. Get stuck into a knickerbocker glory. In a glass, layer up vanilla ice cream, raspberry puree and fresh raspberries. Top with whipped cream. Make a baked Alaska by placing a flan case on a lined baking tray. Top with 500g ice cream. Pipe meringue over the ice cream. Bake at 230°C/gas 8 until the meringue is golden. Serve immediately. Enjoy a cola float. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a glass. Top with cola.
