Herb garden fizz
Takes 5mins + infusing makes 8 Put a handful of mint, basil and rosemary leaves into a jug with 1tsp salt and 1tsp sugar. Pour in 200ml sparkling water, add half a cucumber sliced into ribbons. stir well and let it infuse for 2hrs for the flavours to develop. then top with sparkling water and serve in tall glasses with the herbs, cucumber slices and ice cubes.
