Herb gar­den fizz

Takes 5mins + in­fus­ing makes 8 Put a hand­ful of mint, basil and rose­mary leaves into a jug with 1tsp salt and 1tsp sugar. Pour in 200ml sparkling wa­ter, add half a cu­cum­ber sliced into rib­bons. stir well and let it in­fuse for 2hrs for the flavours to de­velop. then top with sparkling wa­ter and serve in tall glasses with the herbs, cu­cum­ber slices and ice cubes.
