Thanks for Charlotte’s birthday wishes...

THIS gorgeous new picture of Charlotte was shared by her mum Kate yesterday to mark the princess’s fifth birthday.

The photo, which followed a series of similar snaps showing Charlotte helping with food deliveries to vulnerable people, was posted on the Kensington Royal social media accounts.

It was captioned: “Thank you for all your lovely messages on Princess Charlotte’s fifth birthday!

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share a new photograph of Princess Charlotte, taken bythe Duchess this April.”

The previous day, four photos were shared of Charlotte handing out pasta she made with her parents and siblings George, six, and Louis, two, at their rural home, Anmer

Hall in Norfolk.

They loaded their handmade produce into boxes before taking them out to isolating pensioners.

One photo showed Charlotte – who was wearing a black-and-white checked collared dress – knocking at a resident’s front door as she dropped off the food.

An onlooker said the family got “absolutely soaked” while delivering goods in the rain but added: “They looked like they were really enjoying their time out as a family.”

A senior Palace source said the Cambridges “came up with the idea together” after hearing about an initiative that made and delivered 1,000 meals in the first week of lockdown alone.

The insider added: “One of the family activities they have all loved doing is cooking and baking.they were just delighted to help out in any small way they could.”
