Carlisle capitalise as leaders drop points
BRIGHTON returned to the top of the Championship and dented Barnsley’s play-off ambitions. Striker Sam Baldock (below) opened the scoring in the second half and star-man Anthony Knockaert set up the forward for his second to wrap up the game. The visitors came to Oakwell knowing a win would put them in first place, with Newcastle not hosting Aston Villa until tomorrow night. But Barnsley have now gone three games without a win at home, hitting their hopes of a play-off spot.
