Body found in missing teenager search

THE body believed to be that of a missing teenager has been found in a Falkirk park. Kyle Johnstone, 17, pictured below, was reported missing after being last seen in Grangemouth at about 10am on Friday. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Officers in Falkirk discovered a body within Callendar Park in Falkirk on Saturday, July 23.

“Formal identification of the deceased has yet to take place. However, the family of missing teenager Kyle Johnstone have been informed of this development.”

The spokeswoman added that the death was not being treated as suspicious.
