A makeup advert starring Cara
Delevingne was banned for using tricks to exaggerate her “dangerously bold lashes”. The ad showed the star achieving “extreme volume” with Rimmel Scandaleyes mascara, but didn’t say she’d had lash inserts and some lashes were redrawn post-production. The Advertising Standards Authority deemed the ad misleading.
