Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is set to raid Juventus for Mario Mandzukic.
Conte is searching for a striker after failing to land his long-term target Romelu Lukaku who wants to stay at Everton.
Manzukic, 30, has only been with Juve for one season following a £16m move from Atletico Madrid.
The Croatia international would cost around £25m, a third of the fee being talked about to prise Lukaku out of Goodison Park.
Meanwhile, Everton are struggling to seal a deal for Newcastle’s French midfielder Moussa Sisokko.
