Has Scarlett found Mr Right at last?
The mother of Scarlett Moffatt’s boyfriend says she’d love them to tie the knot – and is praying she won’t find romance in the I’m A Celebrity jungle. Gogglebox star Scarlett, and hairdresser boyfriend Luke Crodden, sparked proposal rumours two months ago after he Tweeted: “I think I wanna marry you.”
Luke’s mum Angie says: “I’d be absolutely happy if she was my daughter-inlaw.”
Before finding love with Luke this year, Scarlett, 26, dated a stripper who made jibes about her weight.
Another boyfriend left her so furious that she sold his clothes on eBay.
And she nearly gave up on the whole notion of romance after an England rugby player asked her out for dinner – then took her to a KFC drive-through.
Now, Scarlett finally seems to have found her Mr Right.
Angie said: “I’ve never seen my Luke happier. He’s so content. Until Scarlett, I never saw him really settling down but they’ve spoken about babies. “I’ve seen such a change. “He was always a lads’ lad. He liked to go out with the boys and do his own thing. Now he’s just happy to be sitting in with Scarlett.”
Angie, from County Durham, also revealed the smitten pair have developed a special love language while she’s in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
She said: “They’ve got themselves a little sign going on.
“He says she’s going to do something so he knows she’s thinking of him.
“It’s so cute.”
