Aberdeen captain Ryan Jack insists if he decides to leave Pittodrie at the end of the season no one can accuse him of a lack of loyalty.

The 24-year-old playmaker, who scored his first goal for nearly two years in the 3- 0 win over Dundee on Friday, has looked on as transfer talk has centred on team-mates Jonny Hayes and Niall McGinn.

The trio are out of contract at the end of the season.

Cardiff City have already had a £ 500,000 bid for winger Hayes rejected while McGinn, a Hearts target, is likely to go in the summer.

But with the transfer window closing tomorrow night, there have been no moves for Jack.

And he’s keeping his cards close to his chest on whether he’ ll stay on at the club beyond his current deal.

If a summer move did happen, Jack insists there can be no accusations that he’s selling- out.

He said: “There hasn’t been any movement on that at the minute.

“I’m just enjoying my football and I really enjoy playing for Aberdeen.

“I don’t think I’ve ever not shown loyalty.

“I’ve been at the club since I was eight and I’ve signed numerous contracts during that time.

“I’m not going to hide away from the fact that I love the club and I have shown them loyalty over the years. There is no questioning that.

“I do want to stay but sometimes you have to see what happens out there and go with the flow.

“I need to sit down and talk to my family and the people around me that I trust. They can help me make big decisions.”
