Red alert for Hugh

Hugh Matheson saw red when a solar panel cleaning firm sold him a £550 heater...then failed to deliver it, three times.

Solar Scrub, based in Cessnock, Glasgow, finally offered Hugh a refund for the infra-red device but sent £500.

I got on the case, the firm claimed an admin error was to blame and quickly gave Hugh, of Gartmore, Stirlingshire, the remaining £50.
