Smart move to call me
Joan Sommerville’s new smart meter was supposed to save her time and energy.
Instead it wreaked havoc with the wireless alarm system in her house.
She called me in when ScottishPower failed to cover the £178 cost of calling in three engineers to fix it.
Joan, of Bellshill, Lanarkshire, said: “The smart meter guy said I’d have to have my alarm system reset.
“Unbeknown to me,
