Boys charged over farm fire

Four boys have been charged by police after a blaze at a farm.

It’s understood about 120 bales of hay were set alight – causing £2500 of damage – at the farm in St Cyrus, Aberdeenshire.

The boys, aged 14, have been referred to the Children’s Reporter over the incident on May 6.
