Brechin lead chase for Kilby ace Adam

Brechin City are among a trio of clubs chasing East Kilbride’s Adam Strachan.

MailSport understands a Championship outfit and a League One side are keeping tabs on the 30- year- old who has impressed in the Lowland League this term.

Strachan, who was tipped for stardom as a teenager at Partick Thistle, has got his life and career back on track under Martin Lauchlan at the K-Park.

He’s been outstanding in the charge towards the title and SPFL play-offs and was part of the team who lost on penalties to Cowdenbeath yesterday in the final.

The midfielder is now attracting attention from bigger clubs, with Brechin and others keen to snare him for next season.
